My Story

My name is Lingyu Sun. I come from China. I majored in Film & Media Arts in American University. I created this blog to share some of my videos and photos related to Visual Literacy Course.
I am not a person who is good at taking pictures and shooting videos. I always take pictures of my friends that are not very nice. Sometimes the landscape photos I take are also blurry. I hope I can improve my shooting technique.
I am very interested in film and drama, which also led to my love of my own profession. I like watching TV series very much. The TV series I watch most often come from Korea, Japan, France, Thailand and so on. I think I am interested in this major for two reasons. First, I found that every time I watch a TV series, I observe the shooting technique of a certain scene. I also often check related content through behind-the-scenes highlights. Second, I admire many very famous actors through TV dramas. I hope I can study hard and strive to be a successful screenwriter or director. Then I can contact those actors I like.
